At the time of writing the bug report, I was thinking they probably did this unique exception to stop the infinite (though stable) recursion, but since then have come to realize that we already have such an instance, with Ryze's passive infinitely recurring with Seraph's Embrace, so the game engine seems to be able to handle such cases perfectly fine. Rabadon's and Infernal Drake work on the AP portion, increasing it and even allowing the resulting bonus AP to feed back into health, yet bonus health multipliers not only don't feedback, they don't even apply in the first place. Health multipliers simply do not affect bonus health from Crimson Pact (Vlad's passive). I remember trying Overgrowth on him in some games and it felt even more underwhelming than I'd expect, and now I managed to find out what's going on: I was curious how exactly Vlad's passive works with Rabadon's and Cinderhulk (knowing you wouldn't ever really build this in a serious game, just mechanically), so I tested it quite thoroughly in Sandbox Mode with different % on Overgrowth, HP from Grasp, AP from items, etc.
